Sound Familiar?

Manual Data Entry?

Leading to time-consuming processes, increased risk of errors, and hindered regulatory and budget management for electrical compliance.

Lack of Automation for Defect Resolution?

Dealing with critical defects such as C2/C3 issues, which require immediate remedial action, the absence of automation can result in delays and inefficiencies.

Difficult Contractor Coordination?

Leading to inefficiencies, miscommunication, and delays in completing essential electrical remedial work.

Inefficient Defect Prioritisation?

Its a struggle to identify critical issues promptly, leading to delays in addressing safety hazards.

How Can True Compliance Help?

  • No More Data Entry: True Compliance automatically reads data from EICR's and EIC's, reducing time-consuming processes and minimising human error.
  • Automatic Defect Resolution: True Compliance automates defect resolution by instantly recognising and managing critical defects, like C1 issues, ensuring swift remedial action to prevent delays and inefficiencies.
  • Contractor Coordination: True Compliance streamlines contractor coordination, reducing inefficiencies, enhancing communication, and ensuring timely completion of essential electrical remedial work.
  • Defect Prioritisation: True Compliance provides efficient defect prioritisation, enabling the prompt identification of critical issues and preventing delays in addressing safety hazards.

Key Features

Seamless Data Integration

True Compliance reads and stores data from Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and Electrical Installation Certificates (EICs). It can accommodate both satisfactory and unsatisfactory reports, ensuring that all electrical compliance data is captured and processed accurately.

Rule-Based Automation

True Compliance applies your predefined rules to automate workflows related to electrical compliance. This includes assigning actions, tracking remedial works, and ensuring that reported defects are promptly addressed. The system streamlines processes and minimises manual intervention.

Real-Time Monitoring

Gain immediate insights into the status of your electrical compliance with True Compliance's real-time monitoring capabilities. Access user-friendly dashboards and reporting tools to visualise compliance performance, identify areas of concern, and make informed decisions.

Improved Assurance

True Compliance provides quality assurance checks by directly reading data from certificates. It checks parameters such as Z's check, RCD Disconnection times or Insulation Resistance against regulatory requirements, ensuring that your electrical installations are safe and compliant. This guarantees data accuracy and confidence in your compliance reporting.

Electrical Safety FAQ's

Yes, our tools will automatically extract information from your PAT documents about expiration and renewal dates, ensuring that your devices can be regularly tested within the compliance timeframe. Your certificates will be stored automatically against the relevant property so that they are easily accessible in the event of an audit, investigation or emergency.

The True Compliance system is cloud based which enables it to be well-supported by updates and ongoing support to ensure full compliance with regulatory changes.

Our cloud-based management system ensures that all of your pertinent documents are safely and securely stored in one centralised location. Our clever tools also extract information directly from your compliance documents, helping to reduce the burden of admin whilst also helping to ensure your properties are kept safe and compliant.

Electrical compliance is designed to set a safety standard in place that minimises the risk of injury or property damage as a result of electrical shock, faults or fires.

New build properties will require an EIC, which stands for Electrical Installation Certificate. If the rental property is a new build or has been completely rewired, you will require an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) after five years after the EIC was issued.

The electrical safety check will involve a survey of the state of the property’s electrics, including but not limited to the fuses, wiring, sockets and switches. The check will expose any problems with the electrics.

Whilst this is very dependent on the size of the property and the accessibility of the electrics such as the fuse box, typically an electrical safety check will take three hours for a normal sized UK house.

Rates will vary significantly across the country and will also depend heavily upon the size of the property.
